Toona grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the application on devices owned or controlled by you, subject to these Terms and the App Store rules.
2. Wellness Disclaimer
Toona is a guided breathing and wellness app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Breathing sessions, breath-hold practice, and insights are provided for general wellness and informational purposes only.
- They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
- If you have heart, lung, or other health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new breathing routine.
- Always practice within your comfort range and stop if you feel unwell.
3. In-App Purchases
Toona may offer a one-time purchase to unlock Pro features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds and billing matters are subject to Apple’s policies.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in Toona, including its design, interface, visual breathing guides, and original content, remain the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the app except as permitted by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toona and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
